Ayub has over 16 years of experience managing international logistics operations and companies. In addition to managing his own companies, he provides business development and strategic consultancy services for entities including Lufthansa, Subnex, Nano Sticker Technology, and the KRG Ministry of Health. Previously, Ayub served as the General Manager of Cargo at Erbil International Airport (EIA) for over 10 years. While there, he spearheaded efforts to improve safety and compliance measures of the cargo department to enable EIA to become a leading international cargo processing center in the Middle East. Under his leadership, EIA Cargo became the highest grossing import/export airport in Iraq. He also founded the very first airport lounge in EIA in 2008. Ayub went on to found several other international logistics groups, including Blue Way Logistics in 2008, the first and only company to transport shipments directly from EIA, Zarawa Logistics in 2012, Mainland Logistics in 2017, Gulf Shipping in Canada in 2021, and Eagle Mountain in Dubai Airport DAFZA in 2022.
